Burping tort and micro insects

When my leopard eats she "burps" is this normal?
Also, I found more of this micro insects in my hingeback enclosure, does anyone else have these? (I know some insects are good, but I even see them sometimes running over my tort)

Springtails. Quite common and not harmful.

@Yvonne G , do torts burp? I couldn't find anything on it. My tort was eating some salad greens when it happened, she eats rather quick and vigorously, I'm not sure if she's swallowing air in the process?
