Around 5p.. butt up against a 7' Rose-of-Sharon.. SONshine decides to nest -
.. a typical "trance" -
First she hit a rock.. then a root.. I picked her up off of the 'dig' and set her aside and dig out the rock and whack at the root with a hand-spade until I finally got it cut out.. then put her back on and poured a little water along each side which made it a little muddy so she could actually scoop the dirt out - and then finally after 4 hours ( now in the dark with a flashlight ) - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G_9frOzvzHE
What you see in the right side of the screen is one of the 'trunks' of the RofS.
