Coco fiber

I have about 3 inches of coco fiber as the bedding with a little top soil. Will this be OK for my leopard tortoise. The humidity has gone way up to about 75-80%

Should be fine. I prefer to use the coir by itself and skip the "top soil". Just be sure your top soil doesn't have any additives and be sure your temps stay no lower than 80 around the clock with that humidity. I prefer to set a CHE or two on a thermostat to maintain my warm ambient temps.
