Correct temps and humidity for a tort

I have just got a horsfield tortoise and I was wondering what the correct room temperature should be night and day, what the correct temp under his bulb should be (its a combined bulb) and what the humidity level should be in his table?

Basking temp should be 90-95 F, warm side about 80-85, cool side 70-75 and night 58-65. Humidity should be 40-60%.
