I usually incubate at 89 degrees, so I do get a simple split scute baby every once in a while, but this one is quite unique. This is a 2 day old ibera.

I think I heard Jacqui's wheels spinning:D.
I don't get it. What is it about split scutes? Are they rare, is it because it isn't normal, am I missing something not having a split scute:D Do I need to beat out Jacqui next time:p:D

Since I don't know what this is about, I'm eagerly awaiting Jacqui's post.

Jacqui, post already!

Here's a picture I was sent last summer of a naturally occuring split scute golden greek.
