Cucumber safe

Hi all. My hermann tortoise doesn't like the dried flowers or real ones. No greens either but does like cucumber. Is it healthy? Any other suggestions? She's pretty much only on pellets.

cucumber is basically water content, so you should really try to slowly mix in his favorite foods with nutritious food.

I'm assuming that cucumber is safe for sulcatas too, right? I'm always looking for ways to make sure my sulcata is fully hydrated.
