Curious (bumps on legs)

What are the gray cylindrical bumps on my russian tortoises rear legs? I don't have a picture yet and couldn't bring one up on Google that looked like it. They're on both legs, just one on each leg. Im hoping this is normal. I'm a very new tort mom.

Without a picture, I really don't know what you're seeing. Tortoises do have spurs on their legs, maybe that's what you're seeing???

I took two pictures but you can hardly see them. They look much different in real life. This one is supposedly a male. For some reason it won't let me upload the picture
