Dear Natrah - I love your photos of Jacky and Daisy together - you can really sense how close their relationship was. I showed them to Zola, and he seemed quite interested - he hasn't seen another tortoise for a very long time - the last was a very small female in Plymouth -we put them on the ground together briefly,and she chased him away !!

Good morning Daisy,

It still breaks my heart when I think of having to break Jacky into say goodbye to you after 72 years before we left for the vets. I remember just getting Jacky to tap on the glass of the enclosure and we both said that we loved. We still miss you and no one will ever no what it's like to lose such a wonderful member of the family unless they were like our friends here.

Dear Natrah - in our front garden, on the little strip of grass round the edge of the glassed-in porch, there is one little flower - a daisy ! ! ! ! ! - I noticed it at once, and have been watching its progress - it has been there several days, as no-one treads on that little bit by the wall. I say -Hello, Daisy, whenever I pass it, and think of her and of you.
