Dead Nettle or Ground Ivy?

Hi all,

Does this look like purple dead nettle or ground ivy? The plant identification app seemed to suggest this is dead nettle as there's no flowers for me to conclusively determine. I just want to hear everyone's opinion at the forum here.

It seems to me that ground-ivy and dead nettle looked quite similar and the latter is not good for tortoise. Many thanks and happy holidays everyone!

Additionally, the leaves feel hairy not sure if that makes a difference in identification.
