Dead or not tortoise . I NEED IMMEDIATE HELP!!

tortoise has been irresponsive for A day and my mom was really scared so she left him outside without telling me because I was really sad at the thought of his death and wouldn’t stop crying his eyes were sunken in and his neck was wobbly and he way restraining or showing any sign of life he is still outside and I can’t see him do u have any tips to try to wake him up please help me I am not completely confident if it’s death because I have read many cases of them coming back after what seems to be death please help me out and tell me if u need any more details

Go get him and put him in a warm water soak for an hour. Make sure his head does not go underwater.

After the soak put him in a box or something that can be kept warm. Check him after a few hours.
