Diet - Russian tortoise - winter

Hi tortoise moms and dads!! I'm a new mom and have been reading more and more on the diet of a Russian tortoise. We are in Wisconsin and don't have access to fresh weeds and such right now. Is there somewhere I can order online? Going to start my own little indoor garden for my babes!

Unless you think she'll be okay eating mustard greens, collard greens etc with the repti-calcium until spring?
