No, they would walk through that stuff like it wasn't even there. They are very very strong and determined. You have to use at least the 2 X 4 welded wire fencing. That stuff you're looking at is plastic.

N0, it'll slow them down by about a minute. Chicken wire or heavier is about all that exclude them.
