Wondering if this is a healthy snack for my Sulcata! Looks similar to mustard, but seems to stay shorter. Thanks in advanced to anyone who is more well-versed in weeds than I am!

Also, if weeds are found in a public place, does anyone do anything specifically to soak/rinse them?

It's a mustard. I don't know which one but there are many types, not just the tall black mustard.

A tell for this and all other plants in the brassica family (arugula, broccoli, cress, kale, collards, cabbage, turnip, radish) is always going to be the small four-petaled flower. It might be yellow, white or pink but it will always have the same structure: bunches of individual four-petaled flowers.

I rinse my plants and let them dry off a while. The tortoise doesn't mind dirt and the occasional bug but I do! Or what if a dog had come by (although I go far enough off path this isn't a worry for me). Plus it gives me a chance to cut things up to a manageable size before I out them in the fridge.
