I have 2 rather happy/large Russians that need a nail trim. I’d like to try to do this at home as the exotic vet they’ve seen tends to want to push unnecessary treatments every time I’ve visited. ( that’s a post for another day) does anyone have an tips on doing this? Should I use clippers or a dremel? The quick is pretty defined so I am not worried about going too short just want to make this fast and less stressful for them. They are not handled often only for their soaks 3 times a week and that’s it. Even transferring from the soak to their enclosure is a battle they kick their legs a lot and are surprisingly strong. Any tips/guidance would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
