I have been gathering up rose of Sharon flowers and drying them for winter use and was wondering what other flowers are you guys drying? Has anyone tried squash blossoms? I have a lot and am curious if it’s been done. I will do a test one tomorrow. Thank in advance ??

I do dandelion, rose of Sharon, hosta, and honeysuckle flowers. Simply because that's what grows in my yard.

I think I will try petunias too, I have a lot of those growing and he will suck them down whenever we put them in his pen
It's oddly satisfying collecting and drying a lot of good winter food for your tort isn't it?

Yes it is ? I laugh every time I throw in a handful of dried rose of Sharon flowers, he runs over every time and gobbles them up like I do with potato chips ?
