The day is pretty much like any other day. Tortles to take care of, and get out in the yard, Chickens, Geese & Duck all need to get their day goin, and then the dog's too. Plus My Transmission/Clutch Project. I made a couple of Blackberry pies from fruit my my garden yesterday, so that will be my treat for tonight.

Made it up to Ludington MI today. Will be fishing tomorrow morning. The wildfires in Canada and Minnesota have made it real smokey here. I will be wearing a mask, hopefully I don't have a episode with my breathing. With the lower half of my right lung damaged. It doesn't take much to mess me up. Been monitoring my oxygen saturation. It is staying above 90.

The smoke is coming all the way to my territory. Today we're having air quality alerts and tomorrow is supposed to be worse. So stay safe

Happy birthday. Yum blackberry pie!. Will you be having ice cream with it. Sounds like a nice way to spend your day. Just like yesterday but with a pie and ice cream. It would be a nice present to get your clutch fixed

Definitely smoke on the water. It was worse today. A boat a couple 100 yards away would disappear into the smoke. Good thing everyone is trolling slow. We caught 7 salmon and the tournament today was weigh in your heaviest 5. We ended up in the middle of the pack. Tomorrow is the youth tournament.

Thank you so much Lyn, I Spent the morning working on my truck, then went to my Brother & sister-in-laws in the afternoon, I came bearing gifts. . . a Dozen Farm egg's and a Blackberry Pie I made yesterday... yum., They loved it, and I got to spend precious time with my Brother, Sis-in-law, and her Mom who is staying with them...It made me STOP and relax. Especially since I have come down with a cold, 1st in 6+ years.

Hi Angie & Zola, thank you for the birthday wish.
My kids were pretty good today, but at one point I thought My Penny's Min Pin had snuck out the gate when I turned my back. He's hard of hearing, and doesn't see well, So when He sneaks out, I have to walk the neighborhood, Fortunately I rechecked the yard and he was still inside the Gate . . . thank you Very much....!
