My big girl, Bertha, digging a nest. (They never hatch. :( )

Any idea why they never hatch? Are they viable? I've hatched many in a hovabator over they years when I used to have a pair

I'm told its illegal to incubate them, so I just leave them in the ground. Before she came to me some of her eggs hatched, but they haven't hatched here. Last year I dug them up and they were not fertile.

There is now so maybe they will be fertile this year.

also males and females are not allowed to be housed in the same enclosure.....as important as the point you made about following the rules about incubating.....:p:rolleyes::shy::D;)
