Pokey usually is the victor and she runs away dragging it.........I watched how aggressive she is with the worms..so now I have to feed her at the other end of the enclosure..B/C Lefty only has one eye...so i need to make sure she eats enough...and Ninja just sorta watches and then gets hers after they are done...

They were introduced in ship's ballast when european explorers first discovered North America, and have been spreading across the continent ever since. They are still slowly spreading across areas of Canada.
In the several hundred years since, box turtle populations in some environments might have been able to benefit from the new food source. Or, maybe the faster decomposition of leaf litter by earthworms might have made some environments less suitable for other food. Either way, they do love them!

I do not think this is correct as expressed; there are earthworms that are native to North America. Were you using earthworm interchangeably with night crawler? The earthworms typically referred to as night crawlers are not native. Most of the worms used for composting are not native either.
