On Thursday morning Kerry found a broken egg in the carton after we had eaten breakfast so I broke it in a bowl for Matt. He gorged for 20 minutes then slept it off. I took it out afterwards but am wondering....is it safe or were mistakes made?

Box turtles love eggs. I usually boil them because they are a bit harder to eat raw, but she'll and all is good.
I use boiled eggs. I peel them and cut them a little to give them an edge for biting then I use a rolling pin on the shells
Oh thank God.....thanks guys. I give Matt access to a lot of foods that aren't in his native environment but I was worried about this one. Thanks again!
I boil eggs and smash them shell and all my box turtles love them!!
