I've heard that it's normal for tortoises to eat their poop. Should I be at all concerned if my sulcata is eating it EVERY time? He's about 2 weeks old.

You are permitted to clean the enclosure before reported consumption occurs. ?. Folks call it “spot cleaning”.

Are you soaking your tort every day. Most hatchlings will readily do their duty in the soaking water, vice their enclosure.

Make sure to study the care guide - https://www.tortoiseforum.org/threa...se-a-sulcata-leopard-or-star-tortoise.181497/
Yes, he's getting a 15 minute soak daily and the humidity is consistently at around 75%-80%. Thanks!

What have you been feeding?
It’s normal.
Primarily grasses and weeds (chemical and pesticide free, from my yard), with a small amount of random greens here and there. Water dish is refreshed twice a day and is never empty.

Completely normal for young ones. They grow out of it eventually. Mine used to do that and dog poo was a special delicacy to him, had to be very diligent keeping it cleaned up and away from him
