How long is it safe to let a Russian go with out wanting to eat? I have only had him for 2 days...I know its normal to hide. But what about eating> doesnt seem interested. i a little worried. temps seem on in his enclosure. 85-90 on hot end. and my room where the box is is 70 or a bit above. so i presume the cool end is the same temp as the room temp?

Hi Lori it is normal for them to take a few days to get used to their new surroundings so don't worry about him not eating yet. You could also raise your temps to 90-95 and if you haven't done it yet give him a 20 min. soak in warm water.
