Contact him, see what he says. See if you can meet him maybe? Nothing negative on Google, one/two kind of positive reviews, the guy has posted on a faunaclassifieds thread about him, seems relatively legit. If you decide to go ahead and meet him, I myself might be interested in them at that price, as transport and permits are not that expensive.

Please do you have an import license? It is really important that you are licensed to import reptiles. Once you get the license, we can start arranging export to you.

Sound pretty legit to me..... He is asking for permits which I would normally not think a scammer would be doing. (Unless they were smart)

Ah, I see. Most scammers do still seem to ask for an import licence. You'll have to pay for transport though, plus the import and export permits-I reckon that'll run in at about $1000-, as they are obviously not in the country. He asks for 70% before buying, and then the rest afterwards according to his website. Seems quite legit as you said, but I'd be a bit nervous.
