No. Cases like this in particular will cause no issues for the turtles at all. The overall shape of some animals, that display extreme splitting of the scutes, is sometimes deformed. Some pastel RES and other RES Morphs have extreme splitting of their scutes, and you can see the overall shape of the entire turtle growing unnaturally.
Small splits like this will just make it easier to tell this turtle apart from others. This will NOT affect eventual breeding or growth.
