Eye infection??

How do u know if the baby has an eye infection? Mine seems to rub his eye a lot. Is this normal?

When I first got mine his eye lid was swollen and he would rub it. The advice i received was warm soaks and patience. Did the trick. Make sure you aren't using the coil Uvb bulbs. View attachment ImageUploadedByTortoise Forum1439520376.567012.jpg

Are you using a coil type cfl UV bulb? Those sometimes burn their eyes.
