Hi, i just got my Greek from my neighbor the other day and I did my research and is this an ok meal it's a mixture of kail romain dandelion carrot and tomato

Should Greeks have fruit? The reason I'm asking is because tomato's are
Fruit have fun with your Greeks I do

I would remove the tomatoes and carrots. Carrot are very high in sugars and the totmatoes contain lots of acid. Greeks should be fed a wide variety of broad leafy greens and weeds. Kale is ok in small amounts. Dandelion and romaine are good choices. Some will argue romaine is more of a filler than nutrional benefit. I personally feed it to my greek. Everything in moderation though keeping a variety.
