I would like to get one or two more female Russian tortoises to start a breeding group. My goal is to successfully and consistently breed Russian tortoises and offer captive bred tortoises for adoption.

You should Try looking on Offerup or in Craigslist.
I got my Herman’s from Offerrup for $80

I didn't see any live animals on offerup. But I found a big female on Craigslist! Picked her up today! I'll post pictures tomorrow.
