First day in new outdoor enclosure!

Eventually she will have full run of the backyard but it still needs some tortoise proofing.

In the meantime I built this setup. I still need to add a water dish and some other grasses and edible plants but it's a much better option than what she was living in before [emoji16]

Beautiful outdoor enclosure!!!but be careful those rocks are pretty high if it falls they might flip over and over exposure is really bad! Cute turtle!!

I was watching her explore for a few hours and they definitely know when they are close to an edge that they cannot navigate down. Or so it seems.

That being said, I will make some natural looking ramps down some of the more precarious spots [emoji106][emoji106]

More dirt less rocks...just keep rocks around water dish. Looks fantastic! What kind of tort is that?
