Flipped Tort

I went to check on my Greek Tortoise hatch ling and found him flipped on his back. I flipped him back immediately , trying to roll him so that his intestines didn't get sustain any more damage. He didn't have any visible signs of trauma, but since I didn't know how long exactly he had been like this, I soaked him to make sure he was hydrated. He did poop in the water, making me a little more confident that there was no blockage or internal problem. I feel awful though, and i'm really concerned about him. Is there anything else I can do for him to make sure he's okay?

You need to figure out how he flipped and fix it to prevent it from happening again but other than that there’s not much else to do.

I believe it was a hanging plant that he tried to climb and fell backwards, took it out so we shouldn't have any more problems, Thanks for the help!!
