Food Question

So, I finally found a local produce market that had mustard greens, turnip greens, collard greens (etc) way cheaper than grocery store. Very happy that I now have more options and can give Twizzler more variety. Even though he was fed this morning, I gave him a snack and he LOVED the turnip greens!

Questions:

--with the larger leafy things (especially the collards) do you just put the whole thing in there or break it up (they are HUGE)

--is swiss chard okay ? -- is watercress okay? (did not buy either because I wasn't sure)

I throw it in whole. For small torts, then breaking it up helps them... otherwise tearing at it helps with beak maintenance
