I've read multiple times that a sulcata diet has to contain at least 75% of grasses and hay. But it is common for hatchlings that the don't like grasses and hay. My question: at what age/size a sulcata diet has to contain 75% grasses?

Hi and welcome to TFO 
you are right hatchlings do not like hay and grasses right away. BUT as they get older and spend more time outside, they start eating more grasses and hays. Mine will be two in July and they are munching on grasses now while they outside. I do supplement their diet with Mazuri which contains some grasses and hay too.
