I have a 4-5 inch russian tortoise. Can he eat fruits? If so, which ones?

Nope. Best to save fruit for a once in a while treat...like, one strawberry a week.

They can eat fruits but the high sugar content is not good for them, I feed my russians a carrot once a month, mainly for beak maintenance.

I thought they couldn't eat fruit because there is to much water in it and it has to much sugar, is that true?

Its not that he's going to drop dead from eating some fruit once in a while. Its just really not good for them and they don't need it. Better to feed them other stuff that they DO need and IS good for them.
