Get your tortoise & give it a nice long soak in warm water. How large is your Sully? I would quickly do a good rinse in warm water (in a tub/sink). Drain the water. Then a nice long soak. 30 mins-45 mins.

Soak then rinse repeat until the scent is washed away. Then soak for 20 minutes. Then move everything away so it doesn’t happen again
