These are two plants that are very successful where I live, and I was wondering if they are OK as food for my tortoises. Neither came up when I did a search on the forum. Thanks!
I found a site in a GOOGLE search that says the seeds of Gaillardia can be ground up for culinary usage and that the Penstemon is used as food for sheep and wildlife.
