General Enclosure Questions for Russian Tort

Hello all!
I have a 5 year old russian tortoise (a rescue) and I just wanted to know if anyone had some general advice on
enclosures, temperatures, shelter and humidity etc for him? I feel that his table at the moment is slightly too small and I am looking to extend upwards to a 2 story!
I feel that he is generally healthy but just want to double-check that I am looking after him as well as he deserves..

If you go to the tabs up top, to the Tortoise species tab, there is a section just for Russians. There is a great care sheet there that will give you a ton of info!! Then ask your specific questions and the great folks here will gladly help you!!
