Getting a tort need advice

Hi there, I am fairly new to tortoises since I have done my research but was wondering if I could have some advice on keeping a hermanns tortoise. Like, what to feed them, how often they need to be fed, housing, living conditions etc. Also I would like to know heating, when I can keep him/her outside ( I live in the UK ), any other information would be very helpful for me and also for the tortoise to feel comfortable and happy. Thank you.

One of our members, HermanniChris, is very experienced raising and keeping Herman's tortoises.
