Ginger's beak and nails

Hi everyone!
I was hoping for some opinions regarding beak trimming and nail clipping. I researched on how to do both, but I really don't want to if I don't have to. i'm going to switch to a flat rock to keep her beak from getting longer. What do you guys think? Does she need a beak and nail trim??
