Glowing turtle? Help!

My turtle appears to be glowing. What is this?? Growth lines or something bad!!?

I have never seen them so wide and bright, wow. This girl is growing so fast compared to my other.

I picked her out of the dirt today and saw these. Weren't there yesterday.

Lol. I made a reference to the tmnt last night and got a "weird" glad someone is on the same page. Thanks
