Got A Squeaker

My baby sulcata - roughly 7 months and 150 grams - started squeaking in his bath tonight.

He's been a healthy happy baby all summer but now it's getting cold, so my first thought is repiratory. No bubbles, no runny eyes, still active and eating.

I'm raising temps tonight. Any other ideas?
