Grow lights have UVB???

Does anyone know if these plant/aquarium lights have any UVB in them? I tried to go to Philipps website and look at the specs but that link is busted. I'm trying to see if I can just use this bulb from Home Depot or if I need to go to a pet store. I use MVB for my torts and now I have boxies and need to get them a tube type UB light.
