Haha good point! When are they no longer hatchlings? She is 9 months old-ish.

Both Tom and I stop using the term hatchling once they no longer have the egg tooth. They are then referred to as babies until they turn 1. Then they are yearlings. At 2 I call them juveniles.
In all honesty it doesn't matter. There is no real "rule" for it. You could call freckles a/your baby for the next 10 years
