having a growth spurt?

Hi, I usually feed my 4" red foots, Ally and Stella, once a day in the early afternoon. The past few days, they have been awake and nosing around where there food bowl goes at other times than feeding time. I have been following the diet at redfoots.com. Is it ok to feed them if they "act hungry," or are they just begging like my RES and should I stick to my once a day plan? Thanks in advance, Jennifer E.

YOU need to start getting in the habit of skipping a day at least once a week.. now that they are a year old. AND be sure to feed them no more than they will eat in 10 minutes.. TOPS!!! [ DO NOT REMOVE THEIR POOP.. allow them to eat it - ( I know... yuk! ) ]

So if I start skipping a day, do I still follow the same diet, when I pick up on the following day?
