Health advice patch on Charlie's head?

Hi All, I maybe just a first time Mum worrying but Charlie has a little patch appeared on his head? Is it just a dry patch? Any tips or advice?

I am bathing him every 2 days should I increase it?

Hard to tell from the picture, but it sort of looks like the spot on Charlie's head is something you can pick off...like a stuck on piece of dried food.

We did think it was food so gave him a bath and tried with his baby soft toothbrush but it didn't budge lol he is a messy eater
