Healthy Sulcata Plastron?

Hello Everyone, I just wanted to ask and see if Winston's plastron is looking healthy. I am concerned about the brown spots and there is a red line down his plastron but i read that it is a sign of new growth? is that right?

i feed him calcium in his food about 1-2 times a week so idk if it’s the calcium he’s lacking?

I would love any opinions. Thank you
