how old would you say he is and is this a healthy size? i dont know about weight, but i got him around 12-18-12. any help?

Given 2 different variables, there really isn't much we can decide about if it is a healthy size or not. However, from looking at the tortoise it is pretty young, probably 3-4 months. I am no expert though. It does look healthy, but it is really hard to disfigure a shell within 3-4 months of life.
