Heating in cold basement

i was trying to figure out how to heat my 4 by 8 table for an adult hermann i will soon be getting but my basement were i will keep him for the winter is in the high 60s. Do you guys think i will be able to light it correctly if so what do you recommend? Thanks!

You will have some issues if this is not an eclosed chaber. When I had my enclosed in the basement I used two 100 che's and one power sun in my 6x3. This was for a sulcata baby that needed higher temps.

Yes you can do it. Most likely with what lismar79 mentioned and depending on age and humidity required, I would cover half of all of it
