My baby leopard tort has puffy eyes on yesterday. So I did what my friend suggested like soaked him into carrot warm water, and I do feed him some splash carrot in the morning.
After that, he was vomit ( splash carrot) on evening. My parent sent him to vet immediately and doctor inject him a vitamin and antibiotic.

After back from vet around 2 hours, my baby tort vomit splash carrot again. He looks really ill and sleepy after injection. What can I do!! Should I bring him to vet again on tmr ????

Please respectfully ask your vet to NOT give any more vitamin injections.

We need to know how you have the baby set up. What is the temperature in the habitat. A picture would also be helpful. And we need to know what kind of light you are using. If it is the spiral-shaped bulb, turn it off immediately. That is probably what is wrong with the baby's eyes.

Please make sure that any vet you use is an exotic or reptile vet.
Many small animal vets do not know how to care for tortoises.
Make sure his enclsoure is warm, like 85 degrees, to help him get strong.
Good luck
