I just got my female russian tort Saturday from petco and her eyes seem to be a bit puffy/swollen. Or are they normal?

I've been giving her turtle eye drops I got from petco since Saturday but there is no improvement. They where swollen since the day I got her if I remember correctly. Her ride homeImageUploadedByTortForum1381957832.257907.jpg if u look closely her eyes look puffy/white there to. I don't know what I should do. Help! Maybe I'll have to take her to the petco vet? I want some advice here first!

They look normal to me. Sometimes when tortoises are sick, their eyes will swell. Is the tortoise active? Feeding?
Regardless, I would still take it to a vet. Russians are known to be loaded with parasites.
I would get a fecal float done at the very least. Not expensive and well worth it.

Yes she is very active and eats great!! I guess I'll just take her to the vet for a fecal check up!!! Thanks!
