Help my torto nose clogged

Hi guys,

I need some help.

I notice that there's something in my tortoise nose.
Not sure what it is, but it's clogging the nose.

Is there any medication or remedy that I can use? Or just go straight to vet?

On top of the clogging, the nostrils seem to be different sizes which could be a sign of a chronic respiratory infection like Mycoplasma.

Try to pick out the obstruction with a pin, being careful to not hurt the tortoise. You can also squirt sterile saline into the nostrils.
