Help why does my tortoise sneeze

Hi I'm new to this forum

I have a horse field tortoise that is juts over one year old and when he eats there will be a sneeze that sometimes follows.

This has been going known for a long time now and there doesn't seem yo be a problem. He is very active and eats well. Does anyone know why he might be sneezing
