At the top of the screen, just to the right of "Welcome Back, Zane...." click on User CP.
When that screen comes up scroll down the left side and click on "Change Avatar."
When that screen comes up, in the middle it says "Upload Avatar". When you click on that you choose whatever picture that's in your computer.
